Women’s supreme council to launch national campaign

The Supreme Council for Women (SCW) is set to launch a national campaign as Bahrain battles to contain the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). Themed “Together for the safety of Bahrain”, the initiative will be in direct coordination with the e-Volunteer platform, which reported over 30,000 volunteers so far.
The campaign follows directives from Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al-Khalifa, Wife of His Majesty the King and President of the Supreme Council for Women (SCW). A media campaign will also be launched to highlight the strenuous efforts undertaken by the National Taskforce for Combating COVID-19.
