HM King orders Ramadan gift for RHO-sponsored families

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has ordered the disbursement of the annual Ramadan donation to Royal Humanitarian Organisation (RHO)-sponsored families, marking the advent of the Holy Month of Ramadan 2020 (1441 Hijri).

His Majesty the King directed RHO, under the chairmanship of HM’s representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, National Security Advisor and RHO Board of Trustees chairman HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa to oversee the disbursement of the gifts to help Bahraini families cater to their needs. The King’s annual grant benefits more than 10,000 orphans and widows. On this occasion, HH Shaikh Nasser expressed his sincere gratitude and appreciation to His Majesty the King, Honourary President of the RHO, for his paternal care and constant keenness to share with RHO-sponsored families the blessings of the Holy Month of Ramadan, and for His Majesty’s standing directives to provide permanently decent living to them.

HH Shaikh Nasser pointed out that this yearly royal gift is an annual tradition HM the King is keen on to provide a decent life to the Bahraini people, as well as care and support to the orphans and widows in order to ensure a stable life for them. For his part, RHO secretary general Dr. Mustafa Al Sayed said His Majesty the King has always been keen on sharing with RHO-sponsored families on all occasions, including the Holy Month of Ramadan. Dr. Al Sayed added that the royal annual gift emanates from His Majesty’s care and aims to ensure a decent stable livelihood for all citizens.
