New judges take legal oath

A number of new judges took the legal oath before Cassation Court president and Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) deputy chairman Chancellor Abdullah bin Hassan Al Buainain, and Attorney General Dr Ali bin Fadhul Al Buainain, marking the issuance of the royal decree appointing them to the Court of Cassation.
Chancellor Al Buainain welcomed the participation in the judicial work of young Bahrainis who have high experience in this field, through their previous work in the Public Prosecution.
The Cassation Court president said that the development of the judiciary is a permanent and continuous process. He pointed out that the digital transformation of the SJC allowed a lot of completed justice and opened the way for filing a case electronically anytime, quickly and easily.
Chancellor Al Buainain noted SJC’s ongoing training for judges on the online system, explaining that it aimed at upgrading the judiciary in Bahrain.
