Lanes on Jasrah flyover to be closed during weekend for works

Improvement works on Jasrah flyover necessitate the closure of some lanes on the flyover, the Ministry of Works, Municipality Affairs and Urban Planning said yesterday. The slow and fast lanes for southbound traffic will be closed in stages and one lane will be provided for traffic movement.
The ramp for traffic coming from Janabiya Highway to Shaikh Isa bin Salman Highway leading to Manama will be closed and the traffic movement will be diverted to surrounding roads.
The right turn from Janabiya Highway to Mazarea Highway will be closed and the traffic will be diverted to Avenue 6 for traffic going to Jasrah. The closure will be from tonight at 11 pm to Sunday at 5 am.
