Police arrest two men within two hours of the robbery

Police in Southern governorate has arrested two men, for attacking and robbing three others, within two hours of reporting the crime. The Director-General of the Southern Governorate Police Directorate said the trio, aged 26 and 27, attacked three people, aged 29, 43 and 29, with a sharp object while they were at a popular market in Isa town.
They then took off with the victims’ money and a mobile phone from the crime scene. However, quick police action derailed their plans to escape with the spoils undetected. Soon after the incident, the police were alerted. Acting on the information, officials formed an investigation team and got into action immediately.
Based on the description and using surveillance network, investigators identified the trio soon and took them into custody. Within two hours of reporting the attack, police thus managed to close the case successfully.
