HM the King issues Royal Order, decrees

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Royal Order 25 of 2020 yesterday, appointing Shaikh Daij bin Salman bin Ahmed Al Khalifa as Supreme Council for Youth and Sports vice-chairman. The Royal Order shall come into effect from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
Meanwhile, His Majesty King Hamad issued yesterday decree 42 of 2020, appointing Sami Abdulla Ahmed Buhaza’a as Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications Land Transportation and Post undersecretary. Under the same decree, current Air Transportation and Aviation Safety and Security assistant undersecretary Hussein Ahmed Rashid Shuail takes over as Air Navigation and Meteorological Services assistant undersecretary.
Ibtissam Mohammed Khalifa Al Shamlan has also been appointed as Air Transportation and Aviation Safety and Security assistant undersecretary at the same ministry. The Transportation Minister shall implement this decree, which shall come into effect from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
His Majesty King Hamad also issued decree 43 of 2020, transferring Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning Technical Services assistant undersecretary Ibrahim Hassan Ali Al Hawaj to serve as Sanitary Drainage assistant undersecretary.
Current Capital Municipality director-general Shawqiya Ibrahim Mohammed Humaidan has been transferred to the ministry to serve as Joint-Municipal Services assistant undersecretary. Current Resources and Information assistant undersecretary Mohammed Saad Mohammed Al Sahli has been transferred to serve as Capital Municipality director-general.
Under the same decree, Kadhim Ali Abdullatif Ali and Mohammed Adel Mohammed Abu Hassan have been appointed respectively as Technical Services assistant undersecretary and Resources and Information assistant undersecretary. The Works Minister shall implement this decree, which shall come into effect from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
