Children adorned the hats of budding scientists and researchers as they flaunted their skills at performing simple scientific experiments, with easily available resources at home.
With the aim to get students excited about global scientific perspectives, the school organised activities including, model-making, clay modelling, collage making, observation charts and drawing references based on the experiments conducted. The spirit of scientific inquiry and the quest for discovery were celebrated by the students.
It was a fun week of online classes with activity-based learning and connecting science to daily life experiences. The week ended with the takeaway that science and technology are beautiful gifts to humanity and hence students should not distort it. NMS-DPS chairman, Dr Ravi Pillai, managing director, Geetha Pillai and the principal, Arun Kumar Sharma praised the teachers, students and parents for their active participation and magnificent efforts.
