NMS-DPS excels in Grade X CBSE exam

New Millennium School (NMS-DPS) has once again excelled, with 100 per cent success rate in the All India Secondary Examination, conducted by CBSE in March of this year. With 98.8 per cent, Sama Umesh Walke was the school topper. The 100 per cent pass percentage was from 130 students in all.
Sixty-two of them scored 90 per cent and above, 107 passed with distinction, and seven students each in mathematics and French scored 100/100. A total of 40 students earned an A grade in all subjects. In English, 84 got an A, while 88 students earned an A in mathematics, 93 in science, 78 in social science, 10 out of 56 in Hindi, and 34 out of 74 in French.
Aside from Sama Umesh Walke, who was in first position, other school toppers included Vineesh Mittal (98.2 per cent), Gayatri Pradeep (98.2 per cent) and Greeshma Gireesh (98.2 per cent), all in second position; while Noah Mikhail Andrade (97.8 per cent) and Amruth Chandrasekaran (97.8 per cent) were both in third position.
Centum achievers in mathematics included Sama Umesh Walke, Vineesh Mittal, Akhilesh Swaaminaathan, Amruth Chandra Sekaran, Rujul Shyamsundar Wankhede, Greeshma Gireesh and Shriya Jain. Centum achievers in French were Noah Mikhail Andrade, Sama Umesh Walke, Vineesh Mittal, Amelia Susan John, Chakradhara Chowdary Pemmasani, Nidhi Venkatesh Kaushik and Andrew James Mathew.
NMS-DPS chairman Padmashri Dr Ravi Pillai, managing director Geetha Ravi Pillai, and the school principal congratulated the students, staff members, and parents for their sincere efforts and guidance, and wished the students further success.
