Traffic safety urged during Eid holidays

Traffic director-general Brigadier Shaikh Abdulrahman bin Abdulwahab Al Khalifa announced yesterday that all preparations have been taken to ensure smooth flow of traffic during Eid Al Adha, through a comprehensive plan, including the deployment of patrols on all main roads.
The director-general called upon road users to follow traffic rules for the safety of all and to prevent tragic accidents, including focusing on driving and avoiding wrong practices. He also urged cyclists and motorcycle riders to keep a safe distance from others and to follow all precautionary measures against the coronavirus (COVID-19).
