COVID-19 takes one more life; tests surpass 900,000

The coronavirus (COVID-19) took the life of a 44-year-old expatriate man yesterday, bringing the Kingdom’s virus-related death toll to 162, the Ministry of Health announced. Out of 9,133 COVID-19 tests conducted yesterday, the ministry revealed that 382 new cases were detected, including 165 expatriate workers, 214 contacts of active cases, and three travel-related cases. There were also 418 additional recoveries, bringing the overall discharged to 40,967. The total tests conducted in Bahrain increased to 902,059.
