“Leadership Personality of the Year”

His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa has been recognised by the International Donor Service Centre as the “Leadership Personality of the Year” for his outstanding services to the citizens and residents of Bahrain.

The Centre, a member of the Regional Network for Social Responsibility (CSR), announced the award during the “Fourth Donors’ Conference and Award 2020” held virtually in cooperation with the Global Expert consultations group.

The Secretary-General of the Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF), Dr Mustafa AlSayed Al-Ameen, received the award on behalf of HH Shaikh Nasser, HM the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs. The Shura Council Chairman, Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh, was the Honorary patron of the event overseen by the Global Centre for Sustainable Development (Global CSD).

HH Shaikh Nasser thanked His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, HRH Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa and HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister for their constant support in achieving the sustainable development goals of the Kingdom.

HH Shaikh Nasser also hailed RHF’s contribution in achieving many goals through the “Feena Khair” campaign, noting that the massive participation in the campaign will remain engraved in the national memory.
