Foreign Minister travels to meet Saudi counterpart

Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani visited Saudi Arabia yesterday and met with his Saudi counterpart Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud. They discussed the close historical fraternal relations between the two Kingdoms and the development and growth it is witnessing under the patronage and sublime guidance of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
They discussed areas of bilateral cooperation and ways to enhance them in order to serve the common interests of the two countries and brotherly peoples, and to continue joint coordination on overall political and security developments in the region, in addition to issues of common concern. Prince Faisal hosted a lunch banquet in honor of the Foreign Minister and his accompanying delegation.
