HM the King issues decrees

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued decree (53) of 2020 last night, restructuring HRH the Prime Minister’s Court. The decree (46) of 2006 on restructuring HRH the Premier’s Court has thus been rescinded. HM King Hamad also issued decree (54) of 2020, transferring the subordination of the Handicrafts Directorate from the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority to the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities.

HM the King issued decree (55) of 2020, amending some provisions of decree (49) of 2012, on restructuring the Civil Service Bureau. HRH the Premier shall implement the above decrees, and they shall be enforced from the date of their issuance and be published in the Official Gazette. HM King Hamad issued decree (56) of 2020, restructuring the Horse Care Affairs Authority.

The CEO, with rank of undersecretary, shall be subordinated to the board of directors. The Horse Control and Health Directorate and The Horse Affairs Development and Organisation Directorate shall be subordinated to the CEO. The Minister of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning shall implement this decree, and it shall be enforced from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
