Four drug dealers arrested in separate cases

Four people have been detained in two separate cases for promoting illegal narcotic substances at an estimated value of about BD42,000. This was announced last night by the Ministry of Interior, which stated that the General Directorate of Criminal Investigation and Forensic Science director-general reported the arrests.
The director-general said that the individuals arrested by anti-drug police were between the ages of 26 and 33, and they included three men and a woman. He explained that after receiving monitored information on the cases, searches and investigations were conducted, which resulted in their identification.
The narcotic substances were thus seized along with sums of money in their possession. The director-general indicated that legal measures have been taken and the two cases have been referred to the Public Prosecution.
