Foreign minister arrives in Washington to sign a declaration in support of peace between Bahrain and Israel
Commissioned by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the monarch of the country, His Excellency Dr Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and the accompanying delegation arrived in Washington on Sunday evening, September 13, 2020 AD to participate in the signing ceremony of the peace treaty between the United Arab Emirates and Israel and sign a declaration of support for peace between the Kingdom of Bahrain and Israel, which will take place at the White House on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 AD, in the presence of His Excellency US President Donald Trump, His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation in the United Arab Emirates, Benjamin Netanyahu, the Israeli Prime Minister and senior officials in the US government.
On his arrival, he was received by His Excellency Sheikh Abdullah bin Rashid Al Khalifa, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the United States, and protocol officials at the US State Department.
