Ms. Mahmood takes part in HR seminar
Bahrain Airport Company (BAC) Vice President of Human Resources, Hind Mohammed Mahmood participated as the first Arab woman from the Arab world and North Africa in Human Resources Best Practice Seminar of the Airports Council International Asia Pacific (ACI Asia Pacific HR 2015) held in Japan, between October 7 and 9.
Ms. Mahmood took part in a seminar titled ‘Delivering Sustainable Airports through Creative HR,’ in the presence of Ambassador of Bahrain to Japan Dr. Khalil bin Hassan and Heads of human resources in the major airports in the world.
She discussed employee productivity and capability building using case studies from BAC and sharing her experiences and outcomes with her international peers.
She highlighted the renovation plan of Bahrain International Airport (BIA) from all aspects and focused on the human element, as well as the importance of creating work environment that stimulates learning and productivity.
She also responded to all questions related to the visions of modern idea and advanced level of human resources.
