Premier receives Shaikh Nasser and Shaikh Khalid
Prime Minister HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa emphasised that the heroic role of Force of Duty One in Yemen, under the command of Royal Guard Commander Brigadier HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa and Royal Guard Special Force Commander Major HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, will remain carved in the national memory and cherished by every Bahraini.
He was speaking as he received yesterday received Shaikh Nasser and Shaikh Khalid to congratulate them on the victory in Yemen and their safe return to Bahrain.
The Premier stressed that Shaikh Nasser and Shaikh Khalid, alongside their brethren from Bahrain Defence Force (BDF), have set a model in defending legitimacy and the right in cooperation with the Saudiled Arab Coalition.
“The Arab history will commemorate those who took part in this coalition, ” he said, asserting that the keenness of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to welcome the BDF personnel returning from Yemen reflects the unflinching Royal support to BDF and represents the best culmination of the heroic achievement made in Yemen.
Prince Khalifa listened to a briefing on the operations of the Force of Duty One in Yemen and the successful missions carried out there. He commended the honourable command of Shaikh Nasser and Shaikh Khalid, which, he said, reflects capability of the Bahraini youth to assume great responsibilities.
