Minister meets Live 2 participants
Information, Parliament Affairs and Shura Council Minister Isa Abdulrahman Al- Hammadi met the participants of the "Live 2" contest qualifiers which was held yesterday.
The programme featured specialised training courses in various media fields, including filming, editing, report writing and radio presentation. The minister underlined the importance of such contests, which contribute to discovering the untapped media talents, stressing the ability of the sector to embrace all talents.
He pointed out the need to hold such competitions regularly at Bahrain University to attract more students, expressing his readiness to patronise and support the contest over the coming years in coordination with the Labour Fund (Tamkeen).
He urged youngsters to take part in such competitions, seize the opportunities and enter the media sector without hesitation.
