Restaurant robbery suspect held

A man suspected of stealing money from a restaurant in Malkiya has been detained, the Ministry of Interior said. The Northern Governorate Police’s director-general reported the arrest, the ministry said, as the man also damaged the restaurant’s entrance. He noted that an investigation into the case led to identifying and arresting the suspect, who is also involved in similar robberies. Legal proceedings are being taken to refer the case to the Public Prosecution.
