HM King issues amended Commercial Companies Law

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa yesterday issued a Decree-law 28 of 2020 amending certain provisions of the Commercial Companies Law, which was issued by virtue of Decree 21 of 2001. The Prime Minister and the ministers, each in his own right, shall implement the provisions of this law which takes effect a day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
