Teachers assure ‘quality education’ for students

Bahrain teachers have vowed to provide students a quality education even during this time of the COVID-19 pandemic. It is a “national duty” that they are proud to perform as part of Team Bahrain, they pointed out on the day of their return to schools following months of distance teaching and the summer holidays.
They stressed the importance of sustaining quality education at all times, adding that students’ right to education would be secured as the learning process is fully supported by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and implemented by competent staff.
School administrators, teachers, and technicians on Sunday went to their public schools marking the start of the 2020-2021 academic year. The Ministry of Education will be providing lessons initially online through various platforms as well as via television programs. Several private schools have opted for blended education, mixing in-person attendance with online education.
