Unity need of the hour
Prime Minister HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa has affirmed that the regional developments and attempts to undermine the Kingdom's security and stability will not affect the government's priorities of fulfilling the citizens' needs. The Premier made the remarks as he received a number of Bahraini families, including the Jamsheer, AlMahmood, Al- Mulla and Sayyar at Gudaibiya Palace yesterday.
Prince Khalifa lauded the solid social ties prevailing among Bahraini families, praising the patriotic role of Bahraini families throughout history. He stressed that societies are in dire need for unity and cohesion, given the fact that threats and conspiracies target everyone, warning of attempts to fuel sedition.
This will never happen, and history bears witness of the Bahraini society's strength and cohesion, stressing that those seeking to sow divide among the Bahraini citizens are doomed to fail. He said, Members of the Jamsheer family extended sincere thanks and appreciation to the Premier for the noble feelings he expressed while offering condolences over the demise of Jassim bin Mohammed Jamsheer.
