Five Bahrainis die from COVID; 324 new cases

Five more Bahrainis succumbed to the coronavirus (COVID-19) yesterday, bringing the virus-related death toll in the Kingdom to 285.
The deceased included three women aged 61, 66 and 80, and two men, 78 and 82.
There were 477 new recoveries, raising the number of survivors to 72,164.
Following 10,399 tests, there were 324 new active cases. The fresh infections included 92 expatriate workers and 229 from contacts of active cases, while three were travel-related.
The total confirmed cases in Bahrain stands at 76,272.
