Three more Covid-19 deaths in Bahrain

Bahrain’s Health Ministry yesterday reported three more Covid-19 deaths, taking the overall toll here to 311.
Two Bahraini women, both aged 64 years, and another Bahraini woman aged 60 years are the latest casualties in the kingdom’s Covid-19 battle.
There are currently 3,120 active coronavirus cases in Bahrain, of which 3,091 patients are stable.
The ministry also said that 76 of the active cases were receiving treatment, out of which 29 are critically ill. The ministry also said it reported less number of new positive cases, compared to a week before.
Yesterday, the ministry detected 363 new cases, of which 122 are expatriate workers, 233 are contacts of active cases, and eight are travel related.
The ministry also conducted 10,630 Covid-19 tests yesterday, taking the total number of tests conducted till date to 1,670, 411.
Bahrain also reported 303 new recoveries yesterday, taking the total number of people cured of their infection to 76,143.
