Bhavans International School Quiz-BISQ 2020 is an annual hallmark event organised by Bhavans Middle East. Schools from Bahrain, Kuwait and the UAE took part in the annual online event to exhibit their quizzing talent.
This year, 42 schools from the three countries participated in the preliminary round, which was held on October 24.
The best two teams from each country got the opportunity to advance in the Grand Finale conducted on Saturday through virtual medium.
The extra ordinary liveliness and expeditious shown by Bahrain Indian School in answering questions amused not only the organisers and the Quiz Master Dr Nithish T Jacob (founder and managing partner, Q Collective Knowledge Solutions, UAE), but also the more than 6,000 online spectators who watched the prestigious show, the school said.
BIS received certificates and $1,000 cash prize, while ASB $750.
