Shura Council salutes late Premier’s legacy

Shura Council Chairman Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh extended sincere condolences and consolation to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa and to His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and Prime Minister over the demise of His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa, who passed away this morning. 

He also expressed sincere condolences to HRH the Premier’s sons and grandchildren and the Royal Family and the loyal people of Bahrain, saluting the deceased’s prolific legacy laden wth landmark achievements and service to the homeland and people as well as the Arab and Islamic nations and humanity.

The Shura Council Chairman lauded late HRH the Premier’s pivotal role in building the state of institutions and law, addressing national issues and achieving progress and prosperity, thus turning the Kingdom of Bahrain into a model to emulate.

“The Kingdom of Bahrain, the Arab and Islamic nations have lost a leader who spared no effort to achieve rapprochement, achieve peace and strengthen relations between brotherly and friendly countries and build bridges of love, which turned Bahrain as an investment destination and bolstered its role on the map of peace-advocating countries”, he said.

He prayed to Allah the Almighty to rest the soul of HRH the Premier in vast paradise and give the family and people solace and fortitude, adding that he would remain in the memory of all Bahrainis.
