The Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning, in coordination with the General Directorate of Traffic at the Ministry of Interior, announces the closure of Shaikh Salman Highway’s right side lane in Salmaniya for six days starting today.
Two lanes will be provided for traffic, as the eastbound lane will be closed to give way to work to extend electricity cables on Shaikh Salman Highway at its intersection with Street 35.
Citizens and residents are requested to abide by the traffic rules for the safety of everyone.
Meanwhile, some lanes will also be closed due to work of re-paving the Dry Dock Street in the part between the intersection of Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman Bridge and the intersection of Hatim Al Taie Street.
It will start on Saturday and will last for 16 days.
