GCC Chief slams Israeli crimes
Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Secretary-General Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani strongly condemned the crimes perpetrated by Israeli occupying forces and Jewish settlers against Palestinian people.
In a statement today, he denounced the violent and barbaric attacks of the Israeli soldiers on unarmed Palestinians and warned that these atrocities would inflame the Palestinian occupied territories and achieve no peace or security for the Israelis.
He denounced Israel’s continuing aggressions on Al-Aqsa Mosque in the occupied city of Jerusalem, warning that Israel should be aware that Al-Aqsa Mosque is one of the holiest sites for Muslims who categorically reject any desecration against Al-Aqsa and other sites.
Israeli violations of Palestinian human rights and continued usurpation of Palestinians lands as well as building of new settlements run counter with international laws and religions.
The GCC chief urged the international community to intervene to protect the Palestinian people and stop Israeli attacks in occupied Palestinian territories.
