Speaker approves new administrative structure
The new organisational structure of the Secretariat General approved by Parliament Chairman Ahmed Al Mulla yesterday.
The new-look administrative structure is following the merging of a number of directorates, setting up of Bahrain Centre for Training and Parliamentary Studies, grooming and training of the staff and upgrading performance through training sessions and workshops.
It also follows the starting the comprehensive electronic work for all activities of the council and the Secretariat General to reduce expenditure in line with the recent government directives.
The Speaker pointed out that the Secretariat General would intensify work and efforts during the second session of the fourth legislative term to bring about more achievements.
