HM King hails HRH Crown Prince contributions to progress

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has praised His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for the tremendous efforts he is exerting to serve the Kingdom and consolidate its progress.

This came as HM the King held a meeting yesterday with HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister and reviewed a number of important local issues.

HM the King also expressed appreciation to HRH Crown Prince and Prime Minister for his constant endeavours to adopt new plans and strategies to improve the performance at government departments.

Present at the meeting at Al Safriya Palace was HM the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, National Security Advisor and Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sport, HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and Royal Court Minister, Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed Al Khalifa.

HM the King stressed that the Kingdom will continue adopting development and economic plans to attain more national achievements and meet the aspirations of its citizens.

Tackling the latest developments of the fight against the coronavirus (COVID-19), HM the King lauded the launch of the national vaccination campaign, and the good results achieved so far, thanks to the high turnout of the citizens and residents, reflecting their awareness and cooperation in order to ensure its success.

HM the King expressed pride in the efforts of national competencies working at the frontlines, and their teams, praising their contributions to ensure the success of the plans put forward to combat the pandemic.

Regarding the rights of Bahraini fishermen, HM King Hamad valued highly the noble and patriotic stances made by the legislative branch and the civil society.

HM the King extended deepest thanks and appreciation to all officials and private entities, as well as to the citizens and residents for their active participation in Bahrain’s National Day celebrations.
