Apply online for self-sponsored residence permits in Bahrain

Bahrain residents can now apply for self-sponsored residence permits via www.evisa.gov.bh. The Nationality, Passport and Residence Affairs (NPRA) said the service covers foreign retirees, investors and property owners in Bahrain. Two-, five- and 10-year permits will be issued.
The online service is in response to Bahrain Interior Minister's directives to expand e-services. Services will gradually be moved to the website. "The service is also part of the NPRA's dedication to promoting the investment environment as part of the Bahrain Economic Vision 2030."
