First Bahrain digital real estate marketing platform set for launch

Bahrain Finder plans to launch the first digital platform specialised in real estate marketing for projects and residential lands in the Kingdom.

The founder of Bahrain Finder, Jaber Al Nashaba, said that the aim of developing this platform is to help all relevant parties, including developers and investors, who are both citizens and residents of Bahrain, with investment opportunities within the real estate sector in the Kingdom.

Al Nashaba pointed out that the platform also aims to promote and market existing, under-implementation and future real estate projects according to advanced digital methods, and to reach a wider segment of the global audience looking for a promising investment opportunity within the real estate sector.

He explained that the company launched the platform as a trial phase, and is working to include all information and data about the various aspects of the real estate sector in the Kingdom, including lands and residential units ready for sale.

It will also include data on all real estate development companies and real estate brokers licensed by the Real Estate Regulatory Agency.

Regarding how the platform works, Al Nashaba explained that it will be made freely available to visitors.

As its provided services target companies by way of marketing their projects through an electronic platform that includes data, information and professional photography of real estate and providing coordinates for lands, residential plans and real estate projects that are under implementation in the Kingdom.
