Preserving Bahraini women’s health

Bahrain Kuwait Insurance Company B.S.C. has announced its sponsorship of Alwane Bahrain Society’s campaign entitled “Women and Health”.

It aims to spread awareness on the significance of preserving the health of a Bahraini woman and ensuring a healthy life, both physically and psychologically, to enable her to perform a prominent role in the society to the fullest.

Alwane Bahrain Society expressed its appreciation to the Bahrain Kuwait Insurance Company for the support, which comes within the framework of its keenness to advance its social responsibility towards the Bahraini society, including the segment of women who play a prominent role, especially in light of the current exceptional circumstances.

The support contributed to achieving the desired goals of the campaign, in line with the activities of the Health Committee in Alwane Bahrain Society to provide health services in support of Bahraini women and families and spread health awareness among the most vulnerable segments of Bahraini society, coinciding with the celebrations of the Kingdom Bahrain’s national holidays.

The campaign mainly included organising four remote seminars in which doctors, health and nutrition experts, from various specialities were hosted, in addition to producing awareness videos on how to preserve women’s health as a basic starting point for the health of the family and society as a whole.
