How to register for India's Covishield vaccine in Bahrain?

Those wishing to take “Made in India” Covishied vaccine should register through the Ministry of Health website.
Registration can be done either by visiting https:// healthalert.gov.bh or by using the ministry’s mobile applications.
The date of the first dosage will reach as a text message to the registered contact number.
After receiving the first dose of Covishield vaccine, the second dose should be administered between 4 to 6 weeks or 28 days after the first dose
