The top cop said police initiated an investigation soon after learning about the burglary.
“This resulted in the quick identification and arrest of the suspects.”
The Director-General also said the tools retrieved from the suspects found to have links to other cases.

The case is now with the Public Prosecution.
An AlAyyam report, quoting unnamed sources, said the burglary occurred from a bird store in a well-known market.
The report quoting sources also said that the defendants were at the Public Prosecution Office yesterday.
The prosecution has ordered to keep them in custody in preparation for refereeing them to trial before a competent court. The source also told AlAyam that the Public Prosecution has ordered to return the seized birds to their owner.
Pictures published of the crime scenes showed several empty cages inside the store left in a chaotic state. Initial reports had said goods worth BD12,000 were missing from the store.
