Complex 914 development in East Riffa project in full swing

The road works project on Complex 914 in East Riffa is proceeding according to the time plan, with a completion rate of 30%.
This was according to Eng. Sayed Badr Alawi, Director of Roads Projects and Maintenance Department at the Ministry of Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning.
The project aims to develop and improve the internal road network in the area to facilitate the smooth flow of traffic and preserve the safety of its users.
Eng. Alawi explained that the project includes the development of a number of complex roads by rebuilding and paving them, in addition to establishing a rainwater drainage network in order to treat rainwater pools in Road 1401 and Road 1412.
It also includes the construction of new sidewalks and necessary maintenance work for the old sidewalks of some roads within the aforementioned complex, in addition to raising the level of traffic safety by installing signboards and painting landlines.
The project has been awarded to JASCO by the Tender and Auctions Board at a cost of BD160,000.
