BIBF holds meeting for the year

Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF) held its regular meeting for this year, under the chairmanship of the Governor of the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) Rasheed Al Maraj.

The meeting addressed the latest developments and achievements in terms of meeting the expansion requirements for BIBF work, in light of renewing the institute building. This was done with the purpose of meeting the need for expanding the students’ capacity and introduction of new programmes offered by the institute in collaboration with Bangor University, University of London and DePaul University.

BIBF Director Solveig Nicklos gave a brief about BIBF’s cooperation frameworks aimed at supporting the objectives of providing the labour market, particularly the financial and banking sector, with highly qualified cadres so as to meet the developmental needs.

The meeting discussed the latest developments of the modified design of the new institute’s building and details of the financial reports.
