Bahrain signs MoU with Oman
The president of Civil Service Bureau (CSB) Ahmed Al Zayed signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Minister of the Civil Service Bureau in Oman Sheikh Khalid bin Omar Al Marhoon in the field of Civil Service Affairs, Administrative Development and Human Resources in the government sector.
The CSB’s president confirmed the official visit, which lasted for three days to Oman to sign the agreement with the Ministry of Civil Service, will enhance the prospects for cooperation and exchange of experiences in the field of civil service and human resources between the two brotherly countries.
Ahmed Zayed said the agreement encourages cooperation between the two countries in recruitment, development, training and consulting areas, and also attract global expertise in the field of human resources and investment in human resources, exchange laws and legislation organizing Human Resources and Civil Service Affairs as well as research, studies, projects, statistics, bulletins and publications and guides relevant to management and civil service.
The president of CSB explained that the agreement also includes cooperation in the field of electronic information systems, salaries, wages and compensations raise the efficiency and performance of the public sector, development of government services, corporate culture and systems of professional conduct and employment performance management, transformation management, quality and organizational performance and administrative development, information systems, statistics and audit administration, also the memorandum of understanding encourage the exchange of experts visits and training courses, and the establishment of scientific research.
The President of CSB stressed that the memorandum of understanding between the two countries will benefit the civil service level in Bahrain.
