HRH CP, PM announces new CSB director, restructures EDB, BTEA

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, yesterday named Mohammed Salman Mohsen Al-Aradi as Human and Financial Director at the Civil Service Bureau (CSB).

Separately, His Royal Highness Prince Salman restructured the EDB to include 23 members, who will be having a three-year term.

The new members are His Highness Shaikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifa, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, His Excellency Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Dr Hassan bin Abdulla Fakhro, Deputy Chairman, Minister of Finance and National Economy, Governor of the Central Bank of Bahrain, Minister of Labour and Social Development, Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications, Minister of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Labour Fund, CEO of the Economic Development Board, Chairman of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Farouk Yousef Al-Moayyad, Saud Abdulaziz Kanoo, Samer Majid Al-Jishi, Yousef Abdulla Ali Redha, Tariq Jalil Al Saffar, Khalid Amr Al-Romaihi, Khalid Ali Rashid Al-Amin, Najla Mohammed Al-Shirawi, Rasha Mohammed Sabkar, Fatima Isa Ibrahim and Ali Mousa Shafei.

His Royal Highness also restructured the Board of Directors of the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibition Authority (BTEA). Prince Salman added a new clause to Article 1 of edict 27 of 2020, restructuring the Board of Directors of the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibition Authority, which reads the following: 9- Sarah Ahmed Buhijji.

The Crown Prince and Prime Minister also named three new directors to the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunication.

The new directors are Wafa Jassim Mohammed Al-Nisf, Director of the Information Systems Directorate, Aisha Salman Sanad BinSanad, Director of the Telecommunication Directorate and Salman Nabil Mohammed Shakib, Director of the Trade Affairs and Logistic Zones Directorate.
