HM King Hamad appoints Bahrain diplomatic mission head to Israel

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa yesterday issued Royal Decree 43/2021, appointing Ambassador Khalid Yusuf Al Jalahma as head of Bahrain’s diplomatic mission to Israel. The Foreign Affairs Minister shall implement the provisions of this decree, which takes immediate effect, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
Also yesterday, HM the King issued Royal Decree 42/2021, establishing the Kingdom’s diplomatic mission to Israel.
Jalahma was previously director of the operations directorate at the Foreign Ministry and had also served as deputy chief of mission at the Kingdom’s embassy in the US.
