Bahrain Coast guards seize 1,010kg shrimp, arrest two men

Bahrain’s Coast Guard officers seized 1,010 kilograms of shrimps caught illegally from Bahraini waters in separate incidents. The officers also brought in two people for catching shrimps in violation of a ministerial decision banning shrimping for six months until July 31.
Coast Guards caught the violators from Stira and Karzakan. Officers also seized shrimp stored from a vehicle stationed in the Nuwaidrat area. Officers took necessary legal measures.
