HM King appoints Finance Ministry assistant undersecretaries

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa yesterday issued Royal Decree 57/2021, appointing Adnan Abdulwahab Eshaq as Assistant Undersecretary for Financial Policies and Budget, and Mubarak Nabil Mattar as Assistant Undersecretary for Financial Operations, at the Ministry of Finance and National Economy.

Finance and National Economy Minister Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa shall implement the provisions of this decree, which takes immediate effect and will be published in the Official Gazette.

HM King also yesterday issued Royal Decree 55/2021, restructuring the Board of Trustees of the Bahrain Polytechnic, under the chairmanship of Wael bin Nasser Al Mubarak. The Board of Trustees of the Bahrain Polytechnic shall comprise the following members: Ali Hassan Ahmed Salman Al Baqali, Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, Tala Abdulrahman Fakhro, Yousuf Farouq Al Moayyed, Ahmed Sami Al Tajer, Mohammed Salman Al Aradi and Ibrahim Ali Bu-Rasheed.

The chairman and the first four members shall serve for a four-year term, while the remaining ones will serve for a three-year term. The Prime Minister and Minister, each in their capacity, shall implement the provisions of this decree, which takes immediate effect and will be published in the Official Gazette.

His Majesty King Hamad also issued Royal Decree 56/2021, appointing Shaikh Muath bin Duaij Al Khalifa as Director-General of Organisation and Position Budget, and Khalil Abdulrasool Hassan as Director-General of Policies and Wages, at the Civil Service Bureau (CSB), both with the rank of Assistant Undersecretary.

The Prime Minister shall implement the provision of the decree which takes immediate effect and will be published in the Official Gazette.
