HM the King promotes Civil and Sharia court judges

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has issued Royal Order (16) of 2021 promoting 41 civil and sharia court judges and representatives of the Public Prosecution.

The royal order stipulates the appointment as Court of Cassation Judges and First Advocate General with the rank of Court of Cassation judge: Judge Salah Ahmed Abbas Al Qattan, Judge Ibrahim Sultan Ibrahim Al Zayed, Judge Khalid Ahmed Saleh Al Medfae, Judge Abdulla Mohammed Ali Al Ashraf, Chancellor Dr Ahmed Mohammed Ali Al Hammadi (First Attorney General), Chancellor Osama Ali Jassim Al Oufi (First Attorney General), Chancellor Haroon Othman Youssef Al Zayani (First Attorney General), Judge Ali Ahmed Juma Al Kaabi, Judge Ali Khalifa Ahmed Al Dhahrani, Judge Mohammed Mirza Mohammed Aman, Judge Khalifa Rashid Ahmed Majiran, Judge Juma Abdulla Mohammed Al Mousa, Chancellor Hussein Mohammed Hussein Al Bouali (First Attorney General), Chancellor Nayef Youssef Mohammed Mahmoud (First Attorney General), Judge Shaikh Walid Abdulmonam Ahmed Al Mahmoud, Shaikh Dr Abdulrahman Mohammed Khalifa Al Fadhel, Shaikh Dr Abdulrahman Dherar Abdulrahman Al Shaer, Shaikh Salah Abdulaziz Abdulla Abdulla, Shaikh Faisal Jawad Ali Al Mishal, Shaikh Abdulnabi Abbas Mohammed Ali, Shaikh Zakaria Abdulla Ali Abdulla.

The royal order stipulates the appointment as advocate general with the rank of court president at the High Civil Court of Appeal: Chancellor Sameh Mohammed Ragheb Saif and Chancellor Amina Isa Abdulla Mubarak.

The royal order stipulates the appointment as judge ast the Sharia High Court of Appeal: Shaikh Nawaf Mohammed Hassan Al Murbati, Shaikh Abdulla Mohammed Abdulla Al Najdi, Shaikh Jaffer Ali Hassan Al Aa’ali, Shaikh Hassan Ahmed Al Sheikh Khalaf Al Asfoor.
