Prominent Bahraini businessman dies

K Abdul Salam (67), a well-known businessman in Bahrain, had passed away after a long battle with kidney-related ailment. He was undergoing treatment in his native place in Karunagappally in the south India state of Kerala.
Salam, who reached Bahrain in 1976, runs an array of business establishments, including Al Khadi travels, Al Pesso restaurant, Arad Dental clinic, Al Hamad Dental clinic, and Al Pesso garage.
He is survived by his wife and son Hiram Abdul Salam, mother Zubaida and daughter-in-law Rubiaya. Late P.V Koyakutti is his father.
