New procedures for arrivals from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka to Bahrain

The task force noted the procedures for arrivals from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka to Bahrain, including transit travellers aged six and above.
Travellers arriving from those countries must present a negative PCR test result certificate containing a QR code, no later than 48 hours before the departure time.
They must also conduct a PCR test upon arrival, a second PCR test for those who will stay in Bahrain for a period of more than five days, and a third PCR test 10 days after the date of arrival, for arrivals who will stay in Bahrain for a period of more than 10 days.
In addition, passengers arriving in Bahrain from those countries should also quarantine in their own residences, or at one of the hotels designated for precautionary quarantine licensed by the National Health Regulatory Authority for a period of 10 days.
