King lauds pivotal role of Constitutional Court
His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa praised the crucial role played by the Constitutional Court and its bodies in consolidating the principles of right, justice, rule of the law and respect for the constitution. He emphasised the kingdom’s keenness on supporting all bodies and institutions with national competencies that have proved their efficiency in all fields.
HM the King was speaking in a meeting with the President of the Constitutional Court, Shaikh Khalifa bin Rashid Al Khalifa, who introduced to him Judge Isa Mubarak Al Ka’abi at Al Sakhir Palace yesterday.
Al Ka’abi took the legal oath in front of HM King Hamad following the issuance of a Royal Order appointing him as member of the Constitutional Court.
HM King Hamad congratulated Judge Isa Al Ka’abi on his appointment, and wished him every success in assuming his national duties.
He added that the national action march would continue so as to achieve all goals for the best interests of the nation and the citizens.
