BAB honours banker, writer, and consultant, Saleh Hussain

Bahrain Association of Banks honoured the consultant, expert in administrative governance affairs, and author of several books, Saleh Hussain, for improving the concept of governance and its applications in various institutions, including financial and banking institutions.

Hussain also collaborated with the Association in many projects, the latest being on a book, marking the 100th anniversary of the banking sector in Bahrain.

Hussain worked as a banker for nearly 40 years before becoming a writer and consultant in 2008.

Chairman of the Bahrain Association of Banks, Adnan Ahmed Youssef, praised the efforts of Saleh Hussain in the field of administrative governance in addition to writing more than twenty books.

Saleh Hussain stressed the importance of promoting the banking sector and work integration to chart the future development of the banking sector.

Hussain announced launching two books on governance: Corporate Governance Challenges in the Digitalized Era and Corporate Governance in State-Owned Enterprises.
