Ministry closes four mosques, opens new treatment halls
The Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments announced closing four more mosques for finding existing COVID-19 cases among worshipers.
The closure, the ministry said, is for carrying out sterilisation, contact tracing and ensuring the correct practice of preventive measures.
Separately, Health Ministry announced opening new facilities to treat COVID-19 patients who are not critical.
“The halls are prepared to function as medical centres for examining and treating existing patients, who are not critical and undergoing home isolation,” Health Ministry tweeted.
