HH Shaikh Nasser: Bahrain lost a match but won a cohesive nation

The national team lost to Iran but gained stronger national cohesion, said His Majesty the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
“In the world of football, there are winners and losers. It is true that we lost a match, but the national unity we saw in the past period confirms that we are all winners”, he said, stressing the importance of the campaign “For This Flag”, in galvanising patriotic spirit.
HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa commended all those who supported the national team through the “For This Flag” and “Ahmarna Can Do It” campaigns, praising the efforts of the technical and administrative staff and players.
