Bahrain Health Ministry inspects 162 restaurants, press charges against 32 for Covid-19 violations

Health Ministry announced charging 32 restaurants for violating coronavirus (COVID-19) restrictions. Judicial officers, who inspected 162 restaurants and cafes yesterday, took necessary actions against the violating restaurants.
The ministry also announced holding awareness campaigns on precautionary measures as instructed by the National Taskforce Combating the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
“Inspectors also alerted some of the stores on their violations, which the store owners corrected immediately,” the health ministry said.
